As a Business Consultant, you’ll help departments work together more smartly and efficiently. You do this by using the right tools in the right way and by getting to the heart of processes and improving them. You listen, analyse, identify, advise, implement and train users. Your focus goes beyond the dev and tech teams that have traditionally used Atlassian tools. You’ll also work with other departments such as Sales, HR, Marketing, Facility and Product teams. Your working days will include:

• Gathering requirements from clients and proactively thinking along about the best solutions within the Atlassian suite
• Making sure business processes and products fit together seamlessly
• Implementing and optimising a range of Atlassian tools
• Delivering hands-on, interactive user training so clients can get everything out of their Jira or Confluence environment
• Working together and sharing knowledge with your Communardo colleagues, whether on a joint client project, at team days, or when you’re working at the office with a few colleagues

To give our clients the best possible solutions, you bring excellent knowledge of one or more Atlassian products and strong consulting skills as a Business Consultant. You also bring:

• A Bachelor’s-level mindset and working style
• Consulting experience that helps you quickly put yourself in the client’s shoes
• Solid knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and how to apply it when setting up Jira or Confluence
• An open and assertive attitude: you share your knowledge, and you ask for help when you need it
• Strong written and spoken Dutch and English
